About My Practice
Namaste
I have been a Yoga instructor and Certified Personal Trainer in the Treasure Valley since 2011. And a Meditation Guide since 2018. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These values inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings., and yoga philosophy emphasis, to guide individual growth, balance, and for healthier bodies and minds.
Additionally, I am a pre-licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree from Palo Alto University. My approach to counseling is "client-centered" and I use psychoeducation and movement/breathwork with talk therapy as appropriate.
